We present a curated assortment of sought-after and emerging designers, exquisite custom design work, and an extensive selection of engagement and wedding rings. Our smart, accomplished team is dedicated to best-in-class service that consistently delivers on our brand promise of wisdom, inspiration and discovery.

We are looking to add two experienced sales professionals to our team.

About the Role

Greenwich St. Jewelers is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Director to lead the strategic development and execution of all marketing initiatives including product launches, brand partnerships, influencer activations, and social media / communication strategies across web and retail channels. The ideal candidate is an exceptional strategist, with a natural passion for storytelling along with the ability to develop multi-channel marketing campaigns in order to deliver consistent high ROI experiences across all brand touch-points

  • What you'll do:
  • • Create and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy plan across all brand marketing efforts, including setting tangible goals/KPIs to measure the success of marketing and creative campaigns across the business
  • • Lead strategy, conception, and execution across: content creation and marketing strategy, email marketing, PR and media outreach, influencer marketing, partnerships, social media, events, campaigns, and other efforts to drive brand awareness and conversion
  • • Lead all brand messaging, content strategy and creation initiatives to be used across various channels including website, email, social, and more. Partner with team to define brand guidelines across all customer touch-points
  • • Ensure brand messaging and customer experience is consistent throughout all customer touch-points
  • • Lead internal PR and media outreach efforts, in conjunction with external resources, to drive earned media
  • • Cultivate relationships with influencers and organizations to develop brand evangelists and form partnerships/collaborations
  • • Manage graphic and visual content creation including photography and video for all touch-points
  • • Work closely with other departments to support all initiatives and projects – ensuring they are aligned with brand/marketing efforts, and enabling the team to meet their objectives by providing appropriate tools, materials, and presentations
  • • Provide hands-on direction and leadership; managing the day-to-day activities of the marketing team to ensure the team is meeting objectives
  • • Stay up to date with industry and technological changes that impact the business – maintaining ongoing knowledge of marketing best practices and keeping an eye out for creative marketing opportunities
  • • Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trend to ensure the company’s marketing strategy is competing effectively
  • • Understand and translate consumer insights into market/segment specific solutions

  • Things you'll need:
  • • Bachelor's degree or its equivalent required
  • • Ideal candidate will have at least 6-8+ years of experience in a related field
  • • Demonstrated track record of successfully developing a brand
  • • Ability to manage a budget and work across channels to set and report on KPIs
  • • Confident, driven and dynamic leader - management and leadership experience

ECommerce & Digital Manager

About the Role

The eCommerce & Digital Manager will lead the day-to-day operations of Greenwich St. Jewelers’ website, leveraging their experience across site merchandising, operations and digital marketing to help grow our ecommerce business. The ideal candidate is an experienced operator and strategist with a track record of growing revenues for aspirational brands. This role reports to the Marketing Director, working hand-in-hand on a 360º strategy and long-term vision to ensure overall sales growth and profitability.

  • What you'll do:
  • • Develop and lead the overall e-commerce strategy to meet sales targets and business goals
  • • Guide the re-platform of the next version of greenwichstjewelers.com
  • • Oversee the day-to-day ecommerce operations including order processing, customer service, updates, post listings, promotions, merchandising, reviews, maintenance and site performance
  • • Manage the day-to-day operations of the direct revenue driving channels including: Email, Paid Search, Affiliates, Re-Targeting, and Paid Social
  • • Develop both short and long term business plans for continued sales and profit growth through prioritizing and driving forward site features, functionality, and campaigns
  • • Own site usability and customer experience across devices | Desktop, Mobile, Tablet
  • • Oversee Analytics; responsible for daily, weekly, monthly reporting and analysis
  • • Responsible for content strategy and calendar across the site for home / landing pages, banners, and editorial projects
  • • Manage 3rd party for all product photography and video and in-house for editorial requests for marketing needs
  • • Manage decision-making for the website, third party ecomm relationships and email strategy
  • • Assist in the creation of the digital marketing strategy and keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends

  • Things you'll need:
  • • 3+ years’ experience managing commerce for enviable brands in related industries
  • • Deep understanding of digital marketing channel mechanics and analytics (SEO, SEM, Direct Response, Display, Affiliate, Social Media, Influencer, Email)
  • • Experience with commerce in retail / real-world environments, including merchandising, display and POS software
  • • Experience selecting, implementing and operating ecommerce platforms, CRM, inventory management and fulfillment vendors / technologies
  • • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing as well as hands-on experience conducting reporting and data analysis
  • • Strong understanding of digital marketing channel mechanics and analytics (SEO, SEM, Direct Response, Display, Affiliate, Social Media, Influencer, Email)
