Ecommerce & Product Coordinator

About the Role

Greenwich St. Jewelers is seeking an Ecommerce & Product Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for managing ecommerce product and sales, acting as a bridge between the customer and the company. The ideal candidate will have a service mindset, a passion for product and be digitally native. This role is an integral part of our team and involves communication with all G.St departments and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • • Receive all new inventory to enter into the inventory control system with complete photography, product and pricing information
  • • Write detailed, SEO-friendly product descriptions for each jewelry item
  • • Maintain website on a day to day basis, coordinating and executing ongoing content updates, promotions, merchandising, special collections, related products, reviews, maintenance and improvement
  • • Act as concierge for digital shoppers, ensuring outstanding customer experience and increasing sales via suggestive selling
  • • Provide customer service via web chat, email & phone including responding to online inquiries and communicating store policies
  • • Manage order processing, fulfillment, shipping and returns
  • • Handle photo shoot preparation including packing, cleaning and transferring items and facilitating the return of items to the selling floor

The ideal candidate will have:

  • • Bachelor's degree for a four-year college or university is preferred
  • • 2-3 years previous work experience in an e-commerce or digital role; experience with Shopify preferred
  • • Outstanding client service mentality; experience in jewelry, fashion or accessories preferred
  • • Excellent copywriting skills with strong ability to craft SEO-friendly product descriptions
  • • Basic knowledge of Photoshop is a plus

Marketing Director

About the Role

Greenwich St. Jewelers is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Director to lead the strategic development and execution of all marketing initiatives including product launches, brand partnerships, influencer activations, and social media / communication strategies across web and retail channels. The ideal candidate is an exceptional strategist, with a natural passion for storytelling along with the ability to develop multi-channel marketing campaigns in order to deliver consistent high ROI experiences across all brand touch-points.

What you'll do:

  • • Create and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy plan across all brand marketing efforts, including setting tangible goals/KPIs to measure the success of marketing and creative campaigns across the business
  • • Lead strategy, conception, and execution across: content creation and marketing strategy, email marketing, PR and media outreach, influencer marketing, partnerships, social media, events, campaigns, and other efforts to drive brand awareness and conversion
  • • Lead all brand messaging, content strategy and creation initiatives to be used across various channels including website, email, social, and more. Partner with team to define brand guidelines across all customer touch points
  • • Ensure brand messaging and customer experience is consistent throughout all customer touch points
  • • Lead internal PR and media outreach efforts, in conjunction with external resources, to drive earned media
  • • Cultivate relationships with influencers and organizations to develop brand evangelists and form partnerships/collaborations

Greenwich St. Jewelers is looking for a Fine Jewelry Sales Professional to join our team! We are looking for an individual capable of selling over $1.2M+ annually and hit the ground running. Your primary focus in this position is to build and maintain relationships with our clients. As our brand ambassador, you are primarily responsible for ensuring they receive a luxury experience that is truly memorable. Your fashion sense and selling experience will ensure your success within our company.

What you'll do:

  • • Sell clients on all of our offerings from engagement rings, wedding bands, designer jewelry and custom design
  • • Consistently deliver a luxury experience from the moment they walk in the door and after they leave
  • • Develop repeat clients and meaningful, long-lasting relationships with clients
  • • Be comfortable using computers, phones and modern communication methods (Instagram, email, videos) for clienteling
  • • Contact clients for events, arrival of new merchandise, and personal occasions
