Fine Jewelry Sales Specialist
We’re looking for someone who loves the art of jewelry as much as they love building connections with other people, an empath, a visionary, and a connoisseur to join our team in our new Tribeca Flagship boutique. A true professional who is passionate about sharing the fashion and beauty of jewelry, and celebrating the meaning it brings to life. In this position, you’ll:
  • Draw on your knowledge and experience of selling luxury goods, demonstrating an enthusiastic and in depth knowledge of the luxury and fashion world. If you have direct jewelry experience in a similar role, we like you already!
  • Continue your history of working in similar luxury retail environments, with strong sales performance and a service mentality grounded in empathy
  • Showcase a passion and enthusiasm for jewelry design, fashion, and styling
  • Use social media, text messaging, and traditional forms of communication to build lasting relationships with clientele and help guide them through a lifelong jewelry journey
  • Thrive on the ability to learn quickly in a fast paced and ever evolving environment
  • Demonstrate an organized, detail oriented, and self starting mindset, with the flexibility to work weekends
Our dream Fine Jewelry Sales Specialist has:
  • An entrepreneurial mindset that thrives on meeting sales goals. You have a track record of proven success in previous retail positions, and have a growth mindset that inspires you to keep achieving
  • Direct experience selling fine jewelry and/or high end fashion in a luxury retail environment. Personality is everything and we are willing to train you in all things jewelry, if needed!
  • An enthusiastic and engaging personality, which you express with exceptional interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience with connecting with new clients to build and maintain lifelong client relationships, using text messaging, social media platforms, and traditional communication methods. You have an agility with computers, email, and social media that serves you in every relationship
  • A team mindset with a company first mentality. You love working to support others as you mutually achieve your goals

  • Annual Base Salary ($70-$80k) plus Commissions
