WHICH STYLES ARE CUSTOMIZABLE?

In our Engagement Ring galleries, look for the “Customizable” filter on the left side of the screen. You can also hover over “CUSTOM DESIGN” in our site menu and click on “Customize Your Ring” to enter the Customize Experience directly.

I DON’T SEE AN OPTION FOR A CERTAIN METAL, SHAPE, ETC. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you are looking for an option that does not appear in the Customization Experience, we encourage you to contact us about creating a bespoke piece.

WHY DOES MY DIAMOND SHOW UP SEPARATELY FROM THE SETTING IN MY CART?

Don’t worry! To ensure we set your ring with the exact stone you’ve selected, the diamond is added to cart as an individual item.

WHERE IS MY RING MADE AND WHEN WILL IT BE READY?

Your custom ring will be made to order in NYC and ready within 6 weeks.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Made-to-order, custom-made, or sized engagement ring purchases are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Deposits made on canceled special orders are non-refundable.

DO YOU PROVIDE RESIZING?

We offer one complimentary ring resizing (not applicable to eternity wedding bands) of your engagement ring. Some rings, however, cannot be resized by us and must be special ordered or sent to the designer. We'll let you know as soon as possible if there will be a delay in your order.

Please allow 5 business days for an item to be sized.
Ring sizing more than 2 sizes up or down from the stock ring size may incur additional charges.
To guarantee accurate sizing, please get in touch and we'll mail you a ring sizer, or visit us to work with a Jewelry Specialist.
